Los Taquitos Mexican Grill began more than 25 years ago in 1981 when our parents started serving authentic Mexican food from a small cart in Phoenix, AZ. They served simple, great tasting food using recipes and techniques learned from our grandparents while growing up in Mexico. The food cart was an instant success and later expanded into several popular restaurants. Fast forward to 2000 – with the guidance from our mother and the memories of our father inspiring us, we (seven brothers and sisters) started Los Taquitos Mexican Grill in the Ahwatukee community of Phoenix. Since the first day we opened our doors we’ve carried on the tradition of serving truly authentic, great tasting food using only the freshest ingredients.
From the scratch-made marinades we use to prepare our meats, to the shrimp ceviche and everything in between, our entire menu is prepared by hand using only the highest quality ingredients. We work diligently to ensure you experience simple, authentic, great tasting Mexican food.
